Through the mission and vision of IMPACT Phoenix, where collaboration is the key to bringing hope and changing lives, IMPACT Phoenix provides the accountability-based model of empowerment to those individuals willing to move forward from living on the streets to becoming self-sufficient in a productive, sustainable manner. IMPACT Phoenix is the first Resource Coordination Center (RCC) in Phoenix providing an effective, sustainable solution to assist vulnerable individuals and families. Staff of IMPACT Phoenix conduct the rigorous screening of individuals wishing to participate, co-create a wholistic plan with individuals accepted into the program, walk alongside them while using community resources to work their plan, hold them accountable, and celebrate their successes along the way.
